Indemnification:

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Discovery Bloom Digital Marketing, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Domain name disputes or cybersquatting allegations

Any intellectual property disputes resulting from Client's choice of business name, logo, or brand identity

By engaging Discovery Bloom Digital Marketing's services, Client acknowledges that they have been advised to conduct proper legal due diligence regarding their business name and brand materials, and that they assume all risk and responsibility for any intellectual property issues that may arise.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Grant necessary access to accounts, websites, and platforms
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
Maintain professional communication throughout the service period

Limitation of Liability
